General Principal
The main goal of our whole organization is the satisfaction of all our residents. This goal is attained by giving quality care and services as required by each resident.
The Respect of Each Person
The respect of each resident and the recognition of his rights and liberties must inspire all our actions towards him. Therefore our relations with them must at all times be marked by the seal of courtesy, politeness, kindness and amiability. We respect the dignity and privacy of all.
The Respect of Property
We recognize the right of possession for our residents of their personal effects and we recognize that these are for their personal and exclusive use.
The Respect of the Individual Rights of Each Person
We recognize for each resident, the right to the choice of relationships he wishes to maintain, the right to accept or refuse a treatment, an activity or any other service that we offer. It is the right of each resident or his legal tutor to know the state of his health.

Chaque résident a le droit à la même considération quel que soit son statut social et nous respectons ses valeurs spirituelles. We respect the confidentiality of all information concerning the records of our residents or any other information.
The Respect to the Accessibility of All Services
Each resident has a right to the services required by the state of his health. We practice continued care so as to give our residents the comfort and constant care they need.
The Respect of the Environment and Quality of Life
We furnish a clean, warm, healthy and a humanizing environment.
The Respect of Rights and Liberties
Each resident has the right to the same consideration whatever their social status and we respect their spiritual values. We respect the confidentiality of all information concerning the records of our residents or any other information.
After having been adequately informed, the residents are encouraged to use the services offered in a judicious fashion.
All the personnel of the Centre in their every day work and their relations respect this philosophy of operation with the residents.
Festival Estival – 2011-08-21
Summer Festival to be held on Waterloo beach. Activities for seniors are planned. It’s a nice opportunity to meet the citizens of Waterloo and especially to keep pace with the music of local artists, corn on the cob and much much more! Santé Courville is a happy to co-sponsor this event for seniors.
