Follow-up Report – 2012-10-23
Santé Courville was the object of an accreditation visit in May, 2012. The organization, to maintain or improve the type of accreditation awarded, was asked to take measures to follow-up after the visit and transmit the proof and the measures taken to Accreditation Canada so they could be examined.
The present follow-up report takes into count the progress accomplished by the organization since the accreditation visit. It demonstrates the organizations compliance with the dimensions of quality, with standards and organizational practices required (ROP) at the time of the visit and after the evaluation of progress that was performed by Accreditation Canada.
Summary
By evaluating these services in accordance with the standards of Accreditation Canada and by utilizing the results obtained to make improvements, the organization uses the Qmentum program to orient these (their) quality improvement projects.
Accreditation Canada examined the proof of the measures taken and declared that, as of October 2012, the type of accreditation awarded to the organisation would be modified to Accreditation with Mention of Honour. In the spirit of the continuous improvement of quality, we encourage the organization to continue using these standards to improve the quality of the security and of services offered.
